Taajeel Global ("we") provides business setup, visa and corporate support services in the UAE from Office 105, First Floor, Sanabil Building, Baniyas Metro Station Exit 2, Deira, Dubai, UAE. For any question about your data, email support@taajeel.com.

• Your enquiry: your business activity, the emirate, Mainland or Free Zone, the Free Zone you prefer, how many visas you need, whether you are in the UAE, your proposed trade names and the number of shareholders.
• Your contact details: name, email address, phone number and nationality.
• Sign-in details: the one-time codes we email you, which we store in scrambled form and which expire after 10 minutes, and a record of your signed-in sessions.
• Your quotations: what we quoted, when you viewed it and whether you accepted it.
• Messages you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• After you accept a quotation and pay: the documents the authorities require, such as passport copies and photographs, and records of your payments. Card payments are handled by the payment provider; we do not store card numbers.
• Technical data our server records when you visit, such as your IP address and browser type, which we use to keep the website secure.

• To prepare your estimate and quotation and send them to you.
• To contact you about your enquiry by email, phone or WhatsApp, including a follow-up on a quotation we have sent you.
• To let you sign in to your account.
• To prepare and submit your applications to the authorities, once you have engaged us.
• To meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
• To protect the website and our customers from misuse.

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

We use your data because you ask us to (when you send an enquiry and tick the consent box), because we need it to provide services you have engaged us for, and where UAE law requires us to keep records. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect work already done.

We share only what each party needs:

• Government departments and Free Zone authorities that process your licence, visa or other application.
• Banks, if you ask us to help with a corporate bank account.
• The companies that run our website, email and messaging, such as our hosting provider, and WhatsApp (Meta) when you contact us there.
• A payment provider, once online payment is available.
• Authorities or courts, where the law requires it.

Some of these providers may store data outside the UAE.

We use only the cookies the website needs to work:

• tg-lang remembers your language, for one year.
• tg-session keeps you signed in to your account, for up to 30 days or until you sign out.
• tg-crm-session is used only by our staff to sign in to their system.

While you fill in the quick enquiry, your browser keeps your answers on your device so you can come back to them. They are removed from your device when you send the enquiry. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

We keep your data for as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it for, and for as long as UAE law requires us to keep business records. If your enquiry did not go ahead, you can ask us to delete it.

Only Taajeel staff with their own accounts can see your data. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes and work once. Our website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

If you give us information about other people, for example family members or employees who need a visa, please make sure they know you are sharing it with us.

• Ask what data we hold about you and receive a copy.
• Ask us to correct it.
• Ask us to delete it, where we are not required to keep it.
• Withdraw your consent, or ask us to stop contacting you.
